Important Update: Action May Be Required for Legacy Time Clocks

We wanted to make you aware of an upcoming change from Swipeclock, our time & labor management partner, that may require action on your part if you are using legacy ethernet time clocks (this includes all models except Touch, Touch2, and Vision).

This update will occur on September 1, 2025.

What’s Changing:

Swipeclock is migrating its clock communication system to a new cloud-based infrastructure to improve reliability and accessibility. As part of this update, the clocks will begin communicating with a new set of IP addresses on September 1, 2025.

What This Affects:

All legacy ethernet clocks (excluding Touch, Touch2, and Vision)

New IP Addresses to Whitelist (if applicable):

  • 117.41.118
  • 117.137.227
  • 227.57.19
  • 203.84.123

Do You Need to Do Anything?

In most environments, no changes will be necessary and your clocks will continue to function as expected.

However, if your network uses a locked-down firewall or other filtering mechanisms, please be sure to have your IT specialist whitelist the IP addresses listed above to avoid any interruptions in clock communication.
