I have used Payroll Partners for 3 years now, from the inception of our business.  We started with 1 employee and now have 13 in a total of 3 states.  Onboarding is simple; upload docs through their secure portal.  Payroll approvals are easy and quick.  Adding commissions and/or bonuses are done via email or upload.  They work with my 401k provider to upload the contribution amounts.  I receive all labor law posters for each state every year or if there's a change.  Customer service is awesome. The church had completed payroll in house for years. We decided to go with Payroll Partners, and I am so glad that we did.  They worked with us through gathering what they needed to get us started and it all went smoothly because they have such great service.  The greatest gift we received was Ashley Schwengler.  She made the learning process easy and comforting when I felt like I was on the struggle bus.  I appreciated her patience and guidance through set up, doing the payroll and the circle back to make sure we had it all.  All of the things we used to do manually, are now automated.
