Christmas and New Year Week often bring adjusted banking hours and early closures, so please take a moment to review dates that will be effected for the week of December 22–26, 2025 and January 29, 2025-January 2, 2025.
Christmas Week and New Year Week Payroll Deadlines
To guarantee timely direct deposits and check processing, please contact your Payroll Specialist if your payroll falls on one of the following dates::
- Friday, December 26th
- Monday, December 29th
- Tuesday, December 30th
- Wednesday, December 31st
- Friday, January 1st

Banking holidays may affect direct deposit timing; early submission helps avoid delays.

If your business will be closed or operating with limited hours during Christmas week or New Year week, please plan ahead for employee availability and approval processes.
