Onboarding is simple; upload docs through their secure portal.  Payroll approvals are easy and quick.  Adding commissions and/or bonuses are done via email or upload.  They work with my 401k provider to upload the contribution amounts.  I receive all labor law posters for each state every year or if there's a change.  Customer service is awesome.
